In the dream, Sarah continues reassuringly.
Sarah: Chuck, I wanna spend the rest of my life with you —
In reality, Sarah is tearfully, frantically getting out the feelings she wants to share with him.
Sarah: — I wanna spend the rest of my life with you, I don’t care if you have the Intersect or not. Without you —

Sarah calls Chuck’s name again as she runs to him, and this time his dream self hears her. He stops in his tracks, and the shards of glass fall abruptly to the floor. Chuck turns toward the general direction of Sarah’s voice, and his face regains some emotion — puzzlement.
In the lab, Sarah reaches Chuck and begins pulling the glowing red electrodes off of his head.
Sarah: Chuck? Chuck, oh my god.
The moment she has the electrodes removed, the equipment seems to power down significantly.
Sarah: *as she touches Chuck’s face and undoes one of the straps holding him down* Chuck, come on, please wake up.
Chuck still doesn’t react. Sarah takes his face in both hands, and continues pleading with him as Morgan looks on mournfully behind her.
Sarah: Chuck, listen to me, I’m here. Chuck, I’m here.

“Aiden, who’s your best friend?”
“Zac!”

Sarah: — I’m nobody. I’m nothing but a spy.
The Sarah in Chuck’s dream takes his face in her hands.
Sarah: Come back to me, Chuck.
Sarah approaches him, rising up on her toes as she gets closer.
Sarah: *nearly whispering* I wanna marry you.
In the dream, Sarah comes in for a kiss… and in the real world, Sarah plants a fervent kiss on Chuck’s lips.
